When you book an appointment, Eve Hair reserves that time slot exclusively for you, removing it from our available schedule. If you cancel, especially on short notice, it becomes challenging to fill that slot. Therefore, per the National Consumer Protection Act, Eve Hair charges cancellation fees as follows:

For cancellations or rescheduling requests made more than 24 hours before the appointment, no cancellation fee will be charged. You can cancel or reschedule your booking online.
For cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment, a 100% cancellation fee will apply, and no refund will be given. Online cancellation or rescheduling will not be available.
Bookings made within 24 hours can be cancelled or rescheduled at least 4 hours before the appointment to avoid a 50% cancellation fee.
Messages left after business hours or on public holidays will be processed the next business day

Under Section 17 of the Consumer Protection Act, no cancellation fee will be charged if the appointment is missed due to the death or hospitalization of the client.

Punctuality is crucial. Late arrivals disrupt our schedule and can delay subsequent appointments. If you are late, we will adjust your service to fit the remaining time to ensure we stay on track for the next client.

You may request a specific stylist when booking your appointment.

You can browse various hairstyle options on our tablet or view our Eve Hair Hairstyle Gallery on Pinterest. Our stylists will provide guidance based on your hairline, texture, thickness, and length. If the stylist advises against a certain style and you choose to proceed anyway, they will not redo the hairstyle if the result does not meet your expectations.

If your hairstyle comes undone, please contact us within 3 days for a redo. After 7 days, a refresh fee will apply for the same hairstyle, and a new style will be charged at full price.

We offer services for children aged 2 and up but reserve the right to refuse service if the child is not ready. We suggest starting with simple washes or treatments to acclimate them to the Studio. We recommend age-appropriate styles to protect their scalp health and will not perform styles unsuitable for their age or tender scalps. Alternating between plaiting and other styles is advised, with unplaiting done a day or two before re-plaiting.

To maintain a relaxing environment, please pick up your child promptly after their appointment. Leaving them at the Studio after their appointment turns our stylists into babysitters and distracts them from their work.

Please be considerate of other clients. When on the phone, speak softly and avoid using the speaker function.
