Requirements
- Age: 18 to 35 years (Preference for youth)
- Proficiency in English
- Passion for the beauty industry
- Minimum of Matric Certificate
- Motivated and committed to succeed
- Basic communication skills in English
- Available for training starting from July 24th
- Submit detailed CV and One Page Motivation letter
- South African citizenship preferred (Non-citizens with work permits welcome)

The program aims to empower the youth of South Africa (age 18-35) by providing training and employment opportunities in the beauty industry. While the program primarily targets the youth, individuals outside this age range are also welcome to participate.
The training program will commence on Monday the 24th of July.
The Youth Empowerment in Beauty Initiative is a comprehensive training program designed to equip young South Africans with skills in the beauty industry. The program will cover various beauty treatments, such as nails, lashes, waxing, threading, massages, facials, and more. The training will be conducted at Eve Academy in Woodmead.
Participants will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience, access employment opportunities within the Eve Onboard network of salons, and look forward to earn a healthy monthly salary upon successful employment. The program aims to combat the high youth unemployment rates in South Africa (51.52% in 2022) by providing skills and job opportunities.
The training program will commence on Monday the 24th of July.
The program will be facilitated by experienced trainers and professionals in the beauty industry. Practical exams and assessments will be conducted to ensure participants acquire the necessary skills and knowledge. While the program is not accredited, participants will receive a certificate of attendance from the registered entity, Eve Academy.
